What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and secure bank transfers; for international customers we also offer Stripe and Wise, meaning that payment should not be a problem no matter where you are based.
Do you require a deposit before starting a project?
Yes, it is usual for us to ask for a 50% advance deposit in order to confirm the project and secure your position on our schedule. This enables us to start the planning and design work with full commitment, the balance of the payment then being due at completion or according to an agreed milestone schedule.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, for big projects or those that are long-term, we provide flexible instalment plans which can be arranged either on a monthly basis or according to the project milestones, the plans being based on the actual scope and schedule of your particular project.
Is there a refund policy?
Since each project is tailored to the individual client, we do not provide full refunds after work has started. In the case of a valid reason for cancelling, we will look at the work that has already been done and might give you a partial refund or a credit against future services.
Are your prices negotiable, or fixed per package?
Each project is individually scoped in accordance with your real requirements, meaning that although our packages provide you with a starting point, the final price is settled and agreed upon directly with you before any work starts.
